E-commerce is innovative, agile and rapidly developing. As a result, the demands on shop operators and their IT infrastructures are growing. This includes the ERP. Originally not made for the online world, it differs greatly from modern e-commerce systems in terms of speed and flexibility. Traditional core areas of an ERP are production planning, material procurement and accounting, where other data formats and processes are required.
